Claire joined the Tawfik Lab as an undergraduate research assistant in January 2019. She is a first-year undergraduate at Stanford, where she plans to study biology.

In lab, Claire performs immunohistochemistry and is currently studying microglia of marmosets. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine or research to help people live healthy lives.

Outside of the lab, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and finding new hiking spots
